Latitude is undergoing SOC II audit work as part of its security and compliance program. Completion is expected by the end of May 2026.
Latitude does not claim a completed SOC II report until the audit is finalized.

Scope

Latitude’s SOC II work focuses on controls for operating an AI observability platform that handles production telemetry and reliability workflows. Relevant control areas include:
  • access control and authentication
  • tenant isolation across organizations and projects
  • operational monitoring and incident handling
  • change management for product and infrastructure updates
  • data protection for traces, sessions, scores, issues, and evaluations
  • vendor and infrastructure risk management

Data processing boundary

Hosted Latitude stores and processes customer data and runs Latitude-managed inference in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany. See Data protection and PII redaction for the product safeguards that support this control environment.

SOC II documentation and audit artifacts will be available once the audit is complete.
