Scope

Latitude’s SOC II controls cover operating an AI observability platform that handles production telemetry and reliability workflows. Relevant control areas include:

• access control and authentication
• tenant isolation across organizations and projects
• operational monitoring and incident handling
• change management for product and infrastructure updates
• data protection for traces, sessions, scores, signals, and evaluations
• vendor and infrastructure risk management

Data processing boundary

Hosted Latitude stores and processes customer data and runs Latitude-managed inference in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany. See Data protection and PII redaction for the product safeguards that support this control environment.
