# SOC II

> Latitude's SOC II audit status and security controls.

# SOC II

Latitude is undergoing SOC II audit work as part of its security and compliance program. Completion is expected by the end of May 2026.

## Scope

Latitude's SOC II work focuses on controls for operating an AI observability platform that handles production telemetry and reliability workflows.

Relevant control areas include:

* access control and authentication
* tenant isolation across organizations and projects
* operational monitoring and incident handling
* change management for product and infrastructure updates
* data protection for traces, sessions, scores, issues, and evaluations
* vendor and infrastructure risk management

## Data processing boundary

Hosted Latitude stores and processes customer data and runs Latitude-managed inference in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany.

## Availability

SOC II documentation and audit artifacts will be available once the audit is complete.
